2. Are you taking any vitamins or supplements right now? Yes, Right now I'm taking supplements How long have you been taking them? I've been taken supplements since the beginning of May
3. Do you drink a lot of water? No How many glasses have you drunk today? I think I had about five or seven glasses
4. Do you play any sports? Yes, What? I play basketball How long have you been playing them? I've been playing basketball since I was in the sixth grade of elementary school 
5. Do you eat a lot of fruit and vegetables? Yes, How many serving have you had today? I've had three serving of vegetables
6. Do you walk to school? No How far have you walked today? I can't get out of my hose because it's quarantine
7. How many hours do you sleep at night? I sleep 4 hours Have you been sleeping well recently? Unfortunately no :(
